He has been the firm’s Senior Partner since 1994. Tony specialises in commercial property transactions and estate development sales. He also deals with licensing and charity law.  | Liz Rodgers Conveyancing ManagerLiz was born in the North West where she spent 17 years as a Residential Conveyancer before moving to Devon in 1995. Liz has over 30 years of experience in domestic property transactions including Sale, Purchase, Freehold and Leasehold properties, Remortgage, Equity Release Packages, Transfer of Equity and Matrimonial Conveyancing. Liz's hobbies include DIY, natural wildlife and gardening.liz.rodgers@windeatts.co.uk | Kim Hall Chartered Legal Exec.Kim was raised in Yorkshire, but has lived in the local area for many years and worked for local Solicitors since 1985. Kim qualified in October 2002, was admitted as a Fellow in October 2004 and joined Windeatts in 2006 as a Legal Executive. Kim has considerable experience in domestic property transactions including Sale, Purchase, Remortgage, Transfer of Equity and Matrimonial Conveyancing. Peter Hawker SolicitorPeter was born in Dorset and joined Windeatts as a trainee in 2008. He gained experience throughout the firm assisting with a diverse range of legal transactions in property, private client and litigation matters. He qualifiedas a solicitor in 2010 and now deals predominantly with residential property sale and purchase. Nyna specialises in Commercial and Commercial Property transactions including business sales and purchases and development work.  | Mike Stephens Chartered Legal Exec.Mike was born and raised in Newton Abbot. He qualified as a Legal Executive in 1981 and worked for a Newton Abbot firm until it closed and he joined Windeatts in 2011. Mike has dealt exclusively throughout his career with Residential Property Sales, Purchase, Remortgage, Transfer of Equity and Assured Shorthold Tenancies.
