He has been the firm’s Senior Partner since 1994. Tony specialises in commercial property transactions and estate development sales. He also deals with licensing and charity law. Kim Hall Chartered Legal Exec.Kim was raised in Yorkshire, but has lived in the local area for many years and worked for local Solicitors since 1985. Kim qualified in October 2002, was admitted as a Fellow in October 2004 and joined Windeatts in 2006 as a Legal Executive. Kim has considerable experience in domestic property transactions including Sale, Purchase, Remortgage, Transfer of Equity and Matrimonial Conveyancing. She has two teenage daughters.kim.hall@windeatts.co.uk |  | Peter Hawker SolicitorPeter was born in Dorset and joined Windeatts as a trainee in 2008. He gained experience throughout the firm assisting with a diverse range of legal transactions in property, private client and litigation matters.
