Our Private Client Team is regularly commended for its professionalism and approachability in assisting clients and their families in planning for the future.			Chris Kendall Partner Chris was born in Totnes, joined Windeatts in 1993, and qualified as a solicitor in 1995. He became a Partner in 2000. He is now Head of the Private Client department and co-manages both offices. Chris has a broad range of experience in the private client field, specialising in Wills, Estate & Trust administration and Tax planning. 	David Tucker Probate Manager David joined Windeatts from School and is the probate manager at our Kingsbridge office. He has over 40 years experience in administering estates. david.tucker@windeatts.co.uk	Emily Bolt Solicitor Emily joined Windeatts in 2008 as a trainee solicitor and gained experience in the Property, Private Client and Litigation departments. She qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and now deals with Wills, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications as well as property sales and transfers. emily.bolt@windeatts.co.uk
Dee Willcocks Chartered Legal Exec. Dee joined Windeatts in 2003 and qualified as a Legal Executive in 2011. She has worked in the Private Client Department since 2004 obtaining grants for estates and the general handling of estate administration.
