Windeatts present cheque to Chemo Outreach

The staff in our Kingsbridge office were delighted to be able to present a cheque for over £1,500 to the Chemo Outreach Project. We chose Chemo Outreach as our nominated charity during 2011 due to the amazing work they have been doing in the local area. The money was raised throughout the year aby fund raising at the Kingsbridge and Totnes shows, gigs by the in-house Windeatts band and a charity wills week. The Chemo Outreach Project was set up to enable cancer patients to receive their chemotherapy (if suitable) and support closer to home, thereby preventing long journeys at a time when they may feel unwell and tired.
