Since the introduction of the Licensing Act in August 2005, all premises where alcohol is supplied, entertainment is provided or hot food is sold after 11pm, must obtain a Premises Licence. In addition the person managing the premises now requires a Personal Licence and a Designated Premises Supervisor must be named.
Windeatts deals with all aspects of liquor licensing and ancillary work, including both applications for new Licences and transfers of existing Licences.
We offer highly competitive fixed fees for many uncontested licensing applications.
