Having one of the best acquittal rates in the area we are often approached to deal with complicated cases but we are also happy to assist in advising in all manner of cases from the most straightforward to the most complex.
- Our Team has a huge wealth of experience in all types of criminal cases with two provisos. As a general rule we only undertake Defence work, and as a general rule we decline instructions to deal with alleged offences involving children.
- We are unlike many other Criminal Establishments in the area who tend to send a different solicitor to deal with your case for each hearing.
- We pride ourselves in seeking to ensure that the same solicitor deals with your case throughout thus ensuring your case is understood fully by the conducting solicitor and you are able to feel confident that the person representing you has been dealing with your case throughout. This is becoming all too rare in Criminal Legal Aid work.
